Welcome to the History MAKErs Club. By purchasing and accessing our digital products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase, as they contain important information about your rights and obligations.

2. Membership Access

Upon purchase of a membership, you will gain access to the digital products available through the History MAKErs Club. These products are downloadable and for your personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the digital products is strictly prohibited.

3. Digital Products

All products provided through theHistory MAKErs Clubare digital files. Once a product is downloaded, it becomes your responsibility to store and protect the file(s) for future use.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided once access to the digital products has been granted. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed the product descriptions and that all items are non-refundable.

5. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time, but cancellation will not result in a refund for any previous payments. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to any future updates or downloads but will retain the digital products you’ve previously downloaded.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available through the History MAKErs Club including digital products, designs, and educational resources, are the intellectual property of History from the Middle and are protected by copyright laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or use any content outside the permitted personal use outlined in these Terms.

7. License of Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the digital products for personal and educational purposes only. Any other use, including commercial use, is strictly prohibited unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide high-quality digital products. However, we are not responsible for any technical issues you may experience with the download or use of our products due to compatibility issues, software errors, or any other unforeseen circumstances. By purchasing and downloading products, you agree that History form the Middle is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our products.
